How IntakeDock protects sensitive mortgage documents.

Security starts with the document workflow itself: how files are collected, who can access them, how activity is tracked, and how deeper review questions are handled.

Secure document intake

Borrowers can use secure upload links and deal-specific email paths so sensitive files are collected in a mortgage workflow instead of scattered across inbox threads.

Access controls

Role-based access and organization isolation help teams keep borrower documents limited to the people who need them for the file.

Protected transfer and storage

IntakeDock is designed around protected transfer and private storage patterns for sensitive borrower documents.

Activity history

IntakeDock is designed to support recordkeeping and audit readiness through clearer request, submission, review, and follow-up history.

Public forms stay business-only

Public website forms are for business questions only. Borrower names, deal details, mortgage amounts, document names, and file contents should stay out of public forms.

Operational safeguards

Detailed security, monitoring, incident-response, and data-flow questions can be discussed directly during sales or vendor review.

Compliance support, not compliance replacement.

IntakeDock supports secure collection, review workflows, recordkeeping, and audit readiness. It does not replace each customer's privacy, recordkeeping, or compliance obligations.

Built with review-ready controls in mind.

IntakeDock is designed with SOC 2-ready control practices in mind. We do not claim SOC 2 certification, compliance, audit completion, or independent examination today.

Security and compliance questions.

We keep public security claims clear, supportable, and practical for buyer review. For deeper vendor questions, we can discuss relevant safeguards and review materials through a sales conversation.

Has IntakeDock completed an independent SOC 2 examination?

Not yet. IntakeDock is building toward SOC 2-ready controls, but we do not claim SOC 2 certification, compliance, audit completion, or independent examination today.

Does IntakeDock claim PIPEDA certification?

No. IntakeDock does not claim a PIPEDA certification. The product is designed with PIPEDA-aligned safeguards for sensitive borrower and financial information.

Does IntakeDock make a brokerage compliant?

No software can guarantee brokerage compliance. IntakeDock supports secure document intake, broker-reviewed workflows, recordkeeping, and audit readiness, while each brokerage remains responsible for its own legal, privacy, and compliance obligations.

Can our team review security before rollout?

Are ad trackers used on sensitive product pages?

No. Sensitive borrower upload pages, deal workspaces, review queues, authenticated app pages, and similar product areas are excluded from ad tracking plans.
