If there is a conflict between these website terms and a signed customer agreement, the signed customer agreement controls for product use.
Website materials are provided for general information only. IntakeDock does not provide legal, privacy, compliance, underwriting, lending, fraud, tax, accounting, or financial advice through this website.
IntakeDock supports document intake and review workflows. It does not make underwriting, legal, fraud, lender, broker, brokerage, or regulatory decisions.
Please do not submit borrower names, deal details, mortgage amounts, document names, file contents, financial details, or other sensitive personal information through public website forms.
Public forms are intended for business contact, workflow review, pricing, product, rollout, security, and privacy questions.
Pricing, plans, feature descriptions, retention limits, usage limits, onboarding options, and availability may change. Public website descriptions are not a final product commitment unless included in a signed agreement or order form.
